Whether you are home from college over the holidays or visiting friends and family, take advantage of staying fit and healthy. Being healthy means more than simply being physically active. Winter I registration will begin for Winter I members on Monday, November 14 and Program Participants can register Monday, November 21. You can register online for some of the classes or stop by the Y to register in person.
Want to try a Triathlon but, need help with the water portion?
The Water Triathlon Training class will get your prepared for the big race!
Designed for the intermediate level swimmer to improve their skill while preparing for an open water swim. Freestyle stroke is emphasized. Train for the water leg of a triathlon through interval training and stroke development, and enjoy the benefits of training as a group. Participants receive a weekly instructor-prepared swim workout per week.

JCPenney and the Y are expanding their 20 year relationship and providing exciting, new ways for JCPenney's to give to the Y.
From now until September 2, JCPenney will donate $1 for every purchase of Arizona jeans to support the Y's Academic Achievement Initiative. ( The academic initiative supports summer learning programs and after school programs)
Kids love digging in the dirt and they will get plenty of chance as they
learn how to plant and take care of a garden.
Every Monday from 10:00 - 10:30 a.m.
children will learn about healthy foods and enjoy story time.
