Push Past Your Plateau

Are you in a workout rut and need some extra motivation and direction? This small group personal training will help you push past your current plateau to where you want to be with combinations of cardio and strength training routines. The group will meet once a week for five weeks but Ed will give you workouts to do to keep the momentum going in between to get you closer to your goals.
Time: 12:00-1:00pm Wellness Center—5 weeks

I Can’t Believe It’s Bodyweight
Trainer—Derek Wright
In this small group setting, you will learn to use your bodyweight for building strength and endurance, slashing fat, improving athleticism and building muscle. Learn how to push your body and improve performance by only doing bodyweight exercises and little to no tools. This small group training will help you with functional strength, power and mobility that you can use as a stand alone workout or add to your current strength and cardio routine.
Time: 6:00am-7:00am Wellness Center - 5 weeks
Dates: Thursday’s - May 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30

Are you new to the weight room? Do you want to add strength training to your current workout but you don’t know where to begin? Amanda has you covered with some great ideas to start your routine and keep it going so you see results. Learn the machines and free weights so you can exercise in the wellness center with confidence.
Time: 6:00-7:00PM
